Study in New Zealand or in the UK?

English Requirements

Please note that all our courses are delivered in English. If you are coming to the UK to study you should have proof of competence in the English Language by holding either the ESOL qualification or IELTS at a minimum score of 7.0. You will also be required to have your foreign qualifications officially translated into English with a notarised stamp, where necessary.

If you are studying one of our online, distance learning programmes, please be aware that the course materials and assessment are delivered in English and therefore you must be competent in reading, writing and conversing in the English language.

If you would like to stay in New Zealand, we offer the following online, distance learning courses. Please note all our courses are provided in English only.

  • Level 2 Diploma for Veterinary Care Assistants awarded by City & Guilds
  • Level 2 Diploma in Animal Care awarded by City & Guilds
  • Level 2 Diploma in Countryside and Environment awarded by City & Guilds

Studying in the UK

Alternatively, if you would like to come to the UK to study, we offer the opportunities listed below. All these qualifications are studied in English.

  • Level 3 Diploma in Veterinary Nursing awarded by City & Guilds
  • FdSc Veterinary Nursing in partnership with the Royal Veterinary College (RVC)
